Senior Business Analyst

Bothell, WA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in StreamServe or similar technologies to join our team and support enterprise-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise-level projects.
  
• Leverage expertise in StreamServe or comparable technologies to design, configure, and optimize document management and communication solutions.
  
• Lead the end-to-end RFP process, including drafting, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
  
• Drive the implementation of chosen solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems.
  
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for implemented solutions.
  
• Conduct stakeholder training and create comprehensive documentation to support solution adoption.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  
• In-depth knowledge of StreamServe or similar technologies (e.g., OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire).
  
• Proven experience in executing RFPs, including vendor selection and solution implementation.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with 50% of time spent in the Bothell office.
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is 92,250 - 131,786 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
