We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare Data Analysis and Data Warehousing (DWH) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data, performing detailed gap analysis, and developing/updating Source to Target Mapping (STTM) documents based on business requirements. This is a pure Data Analyst role focused on driving data accuracy and business insights not development or ETL coding.

  • Analyze large volumes of healthcare data to extract actionable insights, identify data quality issues, and perform comprehensive gap analysis in alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain detailed Source to Target Mapping (STTM) documents, ensuring clear and accurate mapping of data flow from source systems to the data warehouse targets based on business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and quality analysts to ensure data integrity and completeness.

  • Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy of mappings and identify gaps between source and target systems.

  • Work extensively in Data Warehousing (DWH) environments, understanding data models, relational and dimensional schema, and data integration patterns.

  • Utilize Big Data and NoSQL platforms to explore, analyze, and report on semi-structured and unstructured data sets.

  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending actionable solutions to data gaps and inconsistencies based on thorough analysis.

  • Support periodic audits and compliance activities by maintaining accurate documentation of data flows and transformations.

< data-start="1883" data-end="1921">Required Experience & Skills:</>

  • Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience in Healthcare Data Analysis.

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing (DWH) environments; experience working on large-scale enterprise data warehouses is essential.

  • Hands-on experience developing Source to Target Mapping (STTM) and performing detailed Gap Analysis from business requirements.

  • Familiarity with ETL tools and frameworks (any tool Informatica, Talend, DataStage, etc.), though this is not an ETL developer role.

  • Strong experience working with Big Data and NoSQL platforms such as Hadoop, HDFS, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration with business and technical teams.
