Job title – Change Program Manager
Location - Livermore, CA
Duration - 12 months Contract
Responsibilities & Duties
The Engineering Change Program Manager Assistant is a support role for Change Orders that effect their given Product Group. They manage and oversee steps of the process in the Change Order (CO) from submittal thru implementation; help solve cross-functional issues affecting the timely processing and execution of COs. Responsible running and creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicator reports. Works with Engineering Program Managers to ensuring CO deliverables are complete on time. Work closely with stakeholder groups from Global Product Group, Global Operations, Customer Support Business Group, etc as related to Change Control and must possess the ability to effectively operate cross-functionally at various levels of the organization.
Requirement:
- High level understanding of a product lifecycle management system (ie PLM), specifically pertaining to Material Master, Bill of Materials, and Engineering Change Record.
- Knowledge, understanding, and application of Doc Control/Change Control processes/systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of product structures, configurable vs non-configurable.
- Knowledge, understanding, and application of interchangeability policy (i.e., Form, Fit, Function) relative to Change Control practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a must
- Proven working experience in Planning, Master Scheduling or Supply Chain within the Semi-Conductor or electronic sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Process knowledge in PLM (Enovia) and ERP (SAP) required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
