Sightline is seeking a Sightline Security Team ERP Manager who is responsible for overseeing the security and compliance of our Workday environment. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP (preferably Workday) security protocols, data protection regulations, and best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our HR and financial data. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and compliance teams to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of Workday or similar HR/Financial systems security architecture, user provisioning, and role-based access control.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) and best practices in information security.
- Experience in conducting security audits, risk assessments, and incident response.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or relevant functional area.
Ten years broad experience in a senior level position with a combination in IT and business best practices.
Demonstrated experience in security management, preferably with a focus on Workday or similar HR/Financial systems.
Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS Diploma/Graduation Equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the full life cycle of software development projects (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance).
Workday certification in Security.
Familiarity with Workday Security functionality.
