Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the transition of 40+ projects within a Pharmacy-focused Data & Analytics portfolio. The right candidate will have strong hands-on project execution skills, issue resolution capabilities, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional programs. Experience in Agile methodologies and third-party vendor management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Transition Oversight: Validate project transition plans and ensure execution aligns with all key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination: Align partner teams and maintain accountability across cross-functional groups.
Day-to-Day Management: Provide detailed oversight and ensure milestones are met.
Tracking & Communication: Develop dashboards, RACI charts, Gantt charts, and RAID logs. Share updates regularly and escalate risks or delays proactively.
Budget Monitoring: Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals while ensuring financial discipline.
Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve transition-related issues promptly.
Vendor Management: Lead engagement and performance of third-party vendors critical to transition activities.
Agile Methodology: Apply Agile best practices to improve delivery and team efficiency.
Tool Experience: Hands-on with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence for documentation, backlog tracking, and collaboration.
Required Skills:
8+ years of project management experience Strong background in Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proficiency in ADO, Jira, and Confluence
Experience managing complex portfolios in pharmacy or healthcare data domains
Proven record of managing vendor deliverables and team coordination
