Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between AI-driven automation and enterprise HCM processes, designing and deploying intelligent solutions that enhance workforce management, data accuracy, and decision-making using Generative AI frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll, Absence Management, Fast Formulas).
• Proven experience developing and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, configurations, and custom logic development.
• Proficiency with tools and platforms for AI model integration (e.g., Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
