Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Senior Intune / SCCM Engineer.

Job Description:
- Due to continued expansion of the End User Computing team and the ongoing deployment of Microsoft SCCM & Intune (MEMCM) within the enterprise, a position has become available.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the SCCM/Intune platform, handling escalations from the service desk, and driving the continued development of the platform to meet evolving business needs.
- The role requires close engagement with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure the platform delivers a seamless and secure experience.
- The post holder will also collaborate with other solution trains, IT stakeholders, and security teams.
- Ensure the SCCM/Intune platform remains highly available and scalable.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance platform performance and security.
- Manage application lifecycle packaging and deployment across the enterprise.
- Support company-to-company migration assessments and execution, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Provide training and guidance to Service Desk and site support teams.
- Act as an escalation point for Service Desk and site support teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and EUC best practices.
- Ensure a seamless user experience across all managed platforms.
- Participate in PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience managing SCCM/Intune in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to deploy applications and perform gap analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Collections, Site System role deployments (including DP & PXE), Boundary Management, Intune & Co-Management.
- Windows Server OS troubleshooting.
- SQL Server troubleshooting & maintenance.
- Software patch management & client support.
- Autopilot configuration and deployment.
- Application lifecycle packaging and deployment experience.
- Experience in company-to-company migration assessments and execution.
- Familiarity with Endpoint Security policies, BitLocker management.
- Compliance reporting and integration with security baselines.
- PowerShell scripting for automation of SCCM/Intune tasks.
- Knowledge of Graph API for Intune automation.
- Change Management: Ability to manage EUC changes in large enterprises.
- Vendor Management: Working with Microsoft and third-party vendors for escalations.
- Documentation & Governance: Creating SOPs, compliance documentation.
