Job Details
We’re looking for a Project Manager to support a fast-paced Customer Service, Operations, and Sales org within a leading global events platform. This role will help drive cross-functional initiatives and improve team efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the full project and program lifecycle
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Project Management or Program Management roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer operations, sales processes, and/or service design principles, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority, fostering collaboration and driving consensus among diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable plans and tangible results.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences, including executive leadership.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Salesforce).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project/program management certifications are a strong plus
