As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering complex software systems that align with strategic business goals. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive innovation while ensuring high-quality execution of software solutions. This role requires technical depth, leadership, and a strong understanding of software architecture and development methodologies.

; Key Responsibilities:

the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications and systems.Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with architectural standards.Guide system strategy, integration, and architecture decisions with cross-functional teams.Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers and developers.Innovate and contribute to the development of new software products or strategic product extensions.Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering and design.Resolve complex issues across the software development lifecycle, from requirements to support.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand system requirements.Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and security standards in solution design and development.Monitor industry trends and integrate emerging technologies where appropriate.

; Required Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with extensive hands-on experience in application design and full-stack development.Certifications: Ongoing development of relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, TOGAF).

; Technical Skills:
Strong programming expertise in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.Deep experience with microservices architecture, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).Proficiency in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Advanced knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, system performance tuning, and security protocols.Experience with enterprise architecture, design patterns, and system integration.Strong background in data analytics, debugging, and problem-solving large-scale systems.
