Job Description
The IT-OT Service Management Consultant will play a key role in helping our clients design and implement operational frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISA-95, IEC 62443, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and ISO 55000 within their organizations, specifically as they relate to Operational Technology solutions.
This involves a comprehensive analysis of the existing OT infrastructure to pinpoint areas needing improvement. You will be instrumental in developing strategies and solutions that enhance both OT and IT service delivery and support. This role requires close collaboration with OT, IT, and various business units to ensure Service Management best practices are effectively integrated into daily operations, ultimately improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
* 10+ years of experience in IT or OT Service Management
* ITIL certified
* Proven experience in Network/Server Infrastructure operations management (WAN experience or telecom/wireless experience is a plus)
* Experience working with Data Centers
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
* Strong consulting skills with a client-facing approach
* Ability to create clear written documentation and diagrams
* Experience in the utilities sector (oil and gas, or engineering backgrounds are highly desirable)
* Prior experience working with operational technology
