SAP FICO Consultant

 

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant/Lead Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional value to our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze existing financial processes, and propose effective solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- SAP FICO Implementation and Support: Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Solution Design and Development: Design and develop SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Functional and Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO module configuration, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

- Project Management: Lead and manage SAP FICO projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

 

Requirements:

 

- SAP FICO Expertise: Proven experience in SAP FICO module configuration, implementation, and support.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori applications, and data migration tools.

- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles, including US GAAP and SOX compliance.

- Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects.

- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide project teams and mentor junior consultants.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

- SAP Certification: SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific financial processes and regulations, such as healthcare or manufacturing.
