Join a highly collaborative team to implement and drive OT cybersecurity strategy across global manufacturing sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to securing operational technology (OT) assets by leading initiatives, supporting architecture reviews, and working hands-on with global manufacturing and cybersecurity teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of OT Security Program initiatives.
Conduct design and architecture reviews ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Assist with remediation and mitigation of identified OT security risks.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate best practices in OT security.
Work closely with business units to understand OT environments and security requirements.
Act as a technical SME or team lead on assigned cybersecurity projects.
Technical Requirements:
10+ years of total experience in IT or manufacturing.
5+ years managing factory manufacturing systems/networks.
5+ years in Cybersecurity, Networking, or OT.
Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA, PLCs, DCSs, HMIs, BMSs.
Hands-on with IT and OT protocols: DNS, DHCP, HTTPS, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, DNP3, BACnet, Profinet, OPC.
Proficient in Microsoft Visio (1+ years).
Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Security, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in vulnerability assessment, defense-in-depth, and risk analysis.
Exposure to OT vulnerability management and network monitoring tools.
Project management experience.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, GPEN, GRID, GISCP are a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing OT Communities of Practice is a plus.
