Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manhattan OMS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in direct-to-consumer processes, distributed order management, supply chain, and fulfillment operations, with hands-on experience working with Manhattan Distributed Order Management (DOM) and related modules.
The consultant will be responsible for system configuration, architecture and integration design, reporting, and supporting full software development lifecycles in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, develop, and maintain configurations in Manhattan OMS modules, including Enterprise Order Management (EOM), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Call Center, Order Orchestration, Enterprise Inventory, Available to Commerce (ATC), and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI).
Build, schedule, and modify reports and dashboards using SCI Reporting (IBM Cognos) for business users and management reporting needs.
Develop and support REST API-based integrations, working with Java, JSON, and SQL for backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, create technical designs, conduct testing, and deliver successful deployments.
Maintain compliance with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies across various implementation stages.
Assist with integrations to ERP, warehouse management systems, payment gateways, fraud detection platforms, and tax calculation engines.
Support configuration, development, and optional automation testing initiatives using tools like Selenium.
(Preferred) Contribute to cloud initiatives involving Google Cloud Platform or AWS platforms related to Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) development.
Required Qualifications:
8 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years working with Manhattan Distributed Order Management (DOM).
Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer fulfillment models, distributed order management workflows, and supply chain operations.
Proven expertise in configuring and managing the Manhattan OMS modules listed.
Solid experience with REST APIs, Java, JSON, SQL, and data mapping for enterprise integrations.
Hands-on experience with SCI Reporting (IBM Cognos).
Advanced SQL skills preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of architecture and integration design patterns.
Experience with full project lifecycles, including business analysis, system design, testing, training, and support.
(Nice to have) Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or AWS) and test automation tools like Selenium.
Mandatory Skill: Manhattan Associates Functional.
