Hybrid role located at client site in Glen Rock, NJ.
Position Description
A high-impact role where you'll work directly with business and IT leaders of a growth-oriented retail company to define the strategic roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation. This is a client-facing opportunity to shape foundational HR processes and lead a critical discovery phase that sets the direction for enterprise-wide transformation.
Future duties and responsibilitiesLead onsite discovery phase for SAP SuccessFactors implementation
Collaborate with client business and IT teams to understand and analyze HR processes and map them to Employee Central functionality.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews across business units.
Deliver detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), discussion documents, and presentation materials.
Finalize and validate Employee Central Workbook templates
Develop a project plan outlining the implementation roadmap, timeline, deliverables, and dependencies.
Work with the offshore based team and provide inputs on data migration and integration with third party such as ADP
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 5 years focused on Employee Central Implementation in the USA.
Hands-on implementation experience across multiple EC modules
Experience in creating workbook templates for the implementation phase
Experience in developing integration architecture with ADP or similar third-party systems
Ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews with HR business teams
Ability to coordinate with remote teams to provide inputs for modules such as PM/GM, Data Migration, and Integration
Strong communication and client management skills
Must have a deep understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements specific to U.S.-based companies.
Experience in retail industry preferred
