Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Administrator to support the administration and operations of our ERP solution. The selected candidate will perform application development and support functions in the development, implementation, modification and support of all modules, reports, forms, interfaces utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to provide the technical solution to meet the business needs of the Organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze Microsoft enhancements and updates to Dynamics, assessing impact to our implementation and developing action plans to apply enhancements and eliminate issues.
  • Provide training for end users and development of job aids and guides for end user
  • Manage and report on metrics related to the operations, performance, and availability of Dy- namics365 F&O
  • Manage non-production environments with configuration and data synchronization, automated backups, and decommissioning of environments no longer in use.

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamic Finance & Operations (F&O) in a technical role required.
  • Combined 5 years demonstrated experience developing custom applications, interfaces and re- ports with Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP software.
  • 3 5 years managing the administration, troubleshooting and issue resolution within Dynamics 365 F&O
  • 3+ years of proven expertise customizing Microsoft Dynamics. Including 1+ years of development experience on Microsoft Dynamic AX and/or D365 F&O with Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Technical functional knowledge in two more of following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create technical design documents, unit test scripts etc.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
  • Must be able to understand the business functions such as accounting, revenue, budget, disbursement, and Procurement and HR Management.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
