; Job Summary
The Informatica Production Support Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and performance optimization of enterprise-scale ETL processes and data integration platforms.The role demands a strong background in Informatica, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and job scheduling tools.The engineer will contribute to daily production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a diverse, cross-regional team that supports cloud, distributed, and mainframe systems.

; Key Responsibilities
Provide daily production support and triage of ETL processes and other application components.Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents and performance issues within established SLAs.Implement code fixes for defects, performance improvements, and modernization efforts.Support all testing phases, including automation and implementation activities.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups and task management via Jira.Maintain and upgrade end-of-life technologies and tech stacks, including TLM and obsolescence planning.Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure consistent and reliable support.Contribute to root cause analysis and incident reporting for recurring issues.Partner with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and systems.

; Required Qualifications
Strong experience in Informatica ETL development and production support.Proficiency in PL/SQL and working with Oracle databases.Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting.Experience using Control-M or similar job scheduling tools.Background in incident and change management practices.Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing concepts and principles.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

; Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Java programming.Familiarity with AWS cloud services.Exposure to SnapLogic and Snowflake platforms.Prior experience working in a globally distributed support team.Performance tuning expertise for ETL and database operations.
