Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution within the P&C Reinsurance domain.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee project documentation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of project milestones.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Over 10+ years of Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Insurance domain.
- Strong experience in P&C Insurance with a focus on Treaty & Reinsurance.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred).
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
