Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution within the P&C Reinsurance domain.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee project documentation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of project milestones.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Over 10+ years of Experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Insurance domain.
• Strong experience in P&C Insurance with a focus on Treaty & Reinsurance.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred).
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
