Qualifications:
7+ years of QA experience
Create test plans, test cases, tracking defects, reporting status to various levels in the organization
Experience testing Natural language speech recognition, conversational AI and cognitive solutions
Experience with automated test tools - Cyara Botium & Velocity, Hammer
Familiar with Text to Speech, Speech to Text
Postman for API testing
SAFe / Agile experience
Rally experience
Background with IVR, call routing
Healthcare industry preferred
