Your Role
The Payer Systems Applications team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The IT Product Manager, Consultant will report to the IT Director, Solution & Delivery Lead. In this role you will be responsible for the development and support of complex technology solutions. This includes interfacing with IT, business, and vendor partners to understand and influence requirements and technical solutions that optimizing for cost, quality, and fit for purpose.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, partnering with across Application Platform and Feature teams supporting Provider Operations workflows
- Create, manage and prioritize product feature backlog
- Work closely with the Product team to deliver iterative deliverables to deliver business value
- Collaborate with cross functional product teams to assess impacts to as-is operations portfolio workflows
- Partner with the Solution Delivery lead, architects, Support team to solution design and support of requirements
- Research and analyze market to influence the technology roadmaps
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise applications requiring high performance and availability
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires at least 3 years of directly related professional experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in a Technology capacity
- Requires strong understanding of Agile delivery models and backlog management
- Requires excellent verbal / written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Requires good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and problem solving
- Preferred healthcare experience in provider operations or network management
- Desired experience with AI/ML concepts and tools
