Position Details:
Client: Retail
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension based on performance)
Location: Dallas, TX 75240 (Mon Fri Onsite)
PR: $60-$64/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices.
- Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence.
- Maintain existing features/ products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally.
- Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature sets.
- Key contributor to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap.
Degrees and/or Experience Required:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
- Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have s:
- Building applications using Apex and Lightning.
- Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design system.
- Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.
- Support cross systems and related integration's across native Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build solution on Salesforce platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and API's.
- Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.
- Experience with continuous integrations, automations, and deployment of processes.
