Analog Devices, Inc. currently has a position open for a MEMS Product Engineer within the Inertial MEMS Technology Group, located in Wilmington, MA is. This role will focus on new MEMS product development, evaluation, qualification and release.
The engineer will need to draw upon a broad knowledge across different technologies and lead the cross-functional teams with design, assembly and test.

Analog Devices, Inc. currently has a position open for a MEMS Product Engineer within the Inertial MEMS Technology Group, located in Wilmington, MA is. This role will focus on new MEMS product development, evaluation, qualification and release.
The engineer will need to draw upon a broad knowledge across different technologies and lead the cross-functional teams with design, assembly and test.
Responsibilities:
- Product engineering to bring MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope products to market
- Evaluation & characterization of MEMS sensor and ASIC mixed signal silicon elements during product development phase
- Assist product development team in wafer fab, probe, assembly and ATE test
- Provide hands-on technical leadership including designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting test boards, electronic interfaces, and measurement systems
- Work with test engineer to debug and conduct the ATE to bench correlation
- Statistical data analysis of part performance to set datasheet and production test limits
- Work with process, yield and quality groups to ensure the product release, and/or resolve the yield and quality issues at post release
- Manage customer and marketing interfaces
Qualifications:
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or closely related fields.
- 4+ years of professional experience with inertial sensor technologies.
- Strong understanding of Analog and Digital Circuits
- Experience in design and bring-up of evaluation platforms involving hardware and software development
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal and excellent troubleshooting skills including leading team for problem-solving
- Experience in programming in LabVIEW and familiarity with programming electronic interfaces with test equipment and data acquisition instrumentation
