Our client is a Banner managed cloud environment. They are officially live on Workday and just launched a Workday Student implementation. They currently have 3 solid Banner resources who will be needed for the data conversion, and they are looking to engage an additional Banner Data Conversion resource with extensive Banner Student, HR, and Payroll. This person will need to have extensive SQL and PL/SQL. Their main responsibility will be to help with the Student Data Conversion, but they will also be tasked with archiving data for the HR data lakes and any experience with TOAD would be a huge plus. In addition, this role requires a highly collaborative resource with strong emotional intelligence; someone who can build trust and work well across teams, while also confidently standing their ground and advocating for the right technical and project decisions.

MUST

*Banner Data Migration and Data Conversion expert with Banner Student.

*Banner HR/Payroll (could be a plus as Student is the most important).

*Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries and scripts for data conversion.

*Experience developing custom code to support Data conversion.

*Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting within the legacy banner environment.

*Data Mapping and Data Extraction experience.

*They need a highly collaborative resource with strong emotional intelligence; someone who can build trust and work well across teams, while also confidently standing their ground and advocating for the right technical and project decisions.
