Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in enterprise systems integration to lead business analysis efforts across complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will have 8 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner, working closely with system integrators like Deloitte, and driving hands-on solution delivery not project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements
- Lead end-to-end business process mapping and documentation
- Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements
- Facilitate alignment between enterprise systems and integration strategies
- Work closely with external system integrators to ensure seamless execution
Required Skills:
- 8 10+ years as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
- Proven experience with enterprise systems integration
- Strong technical acumen (IT or Information Systems exposure is essential)
- Hands-on experience with business analysis and product ownership
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Not a Project Manager or Scrum Master - this is a hands-on product/business analysis role
