Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a hybrid workplace opportunity in metro Detroit, Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:
3+ years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Digital Media, Digital Business, E-commerce, or similar field
Strong experience with the following technologies and skillsets: JIRA, MS Office applications (especially Excel and formulas)
Preferred experience with Postman, JSON format, Python, and API basics
High level of problem-solving, agility, curiosity, and cross-team collaboration
This role supports Product Owners and Managers, working to document processes and requirements, including non-functional business rules, tech integrations, functional specs, data mapping, and user interface. The ideal candidate will facilitate meetings including design, requirements gathering, use case reviews, resourcing, meeting minutes, etc. in addition to reviewing new features, coordinating project delivery, and reviewing ticket queues.
