Responsibilities include - Support and guide customers in their daily use of SharePoint- Work with customers, gather requirements and implement small scale business applications.- Work to resolve any issues with existing applications - Act as a liaison between the customers and the offshore onshore technical team.- Manage day to day activities of support team.- Monitor existing applications and support infrastructure team as and when needed.- Develop and maintain reports.- Create support documentation and reports- Manage and maintain site content and security- Participate in team meetings.- Participate in DR activities, and Patching
Technical 8-10 years of SharePoint Development and Support experience A strong understanding of web applications and related architecture, specifically client side MVC and RESTful services. Experience with HTML, CSS, C, JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap etc.) and PowerShell
A Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Client Side, Server-Side Development, SharePoint APP Development and SharePoint Framework Knowledge of ITIL and change management.
Experience working with clients and resolving the issues within given SLAs Experience with Power automate Experience in Power apps Experience in SharePoint development and exposure to SPFX Experience in SharePoint Migration Experience in Database Development (SQL Server or Oracle) Good communication skills
