Job Details

The Collections Telematics Specialist is responsible for the timely processing and management of telematic data using the Skiploss internal system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and clear, accurate communication with peers, vendors, and internal partners. The position demands the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

1. Utilize Excel spreadsheets to prioritize accounts and track success using pivot tables and internal data;

2. Communicate urgent updates to internal teams and vendor partners in a professional and timely manner;

3. Document all new telematic pings in the internal system of record;

4. Ensure that all Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) are refreshed every three days until the account is cured

Utilize Excel spreadsheets to prioritize accounts and track success using pivot tables and internal data. (40%)

Operate within the Skiploss internal system to ensure that all Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) are refreshed every three days until repossession occurs. (30%)

Document all new telematic pings in the internal system of record. (20%)

Communicate urgent updates to internal teams and vendor partners in a professional and timely manner via email. (10%)

Education:
High School Diploma (GED) Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
