About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support and manage both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. This role involves Windows Server administration, cloud platform management (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), and middleware/system operations in a dynamic and enterprise-level IT environment.

You ll play a critical part in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of core systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

Server Administration:

• Administer Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022

• Manage IIS (Internet Information Services) configurations and deployments

• Handle file sharing (Samba/CIFS) and NTFS permissions

Cloud Infrastructure:

• Work extensively with Microsoft Azure (highly desired)

• Exposure to AWS or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) preferred

Network & Communications:

• Manage TCP/IP, DNS, and basic network troubleshooting

• Ensure smooth communication between servers, middleware, and applications

Middleware & Support Tools:

• Support tools such as API Management, IT Service Automation, and Batch Job Services

• Contribute to IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, and automation

System Operations & Support:

• Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning

• Collaborate across departments to ensure service uptime and reliability

Required Experience

2 3 years working with:

• Windows Servers (2012 2022)

• IIS Administration

• TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS, NTFS permissions

• Microsoft Azure (highly desired)

• AWS or Google Cloud Platform (highly desired)

• Microsoft enterprise applications

3 5 years experience in:

• Infrastructure/system operations, support, and maintenance

• Middleware support (e.g., API Gateways, automation tools)

5 8 years of total professional experience in:

• Information Systems Engineering or related technical fields
