Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Smartsheet Administrator to manage and optimize our Smartsheet platform. As a Smartsheet Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective use of Smartsheet to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity across the organization. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Smartsheet environment, working closely with various teams to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions.

Smartsheet Administrator

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Smartsheet Administrator to manage and optimize our Smartsheet platform. As a Smartsheet Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective use of Smartsheet to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity across the organization. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Smartsheet environment, working closely with various teams to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Administration:
- Maintain user roles, security settings, and license allocation.
- Oversee Smartsheet configurations for key functions and ensure optimal performance.
- Administer Resource Management by Smartsheet (if applicable).
- Manage global account settings and security controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
- Workflow & Solution Development:
- Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet dashboards, reports, forms, and templates.
- Create and implement automation workflows to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases for Smartsheet and deliver value-added solutions.
- Integrate Smartsheet with other systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint) as needed.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on Smartsheet functionalities and best practices.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Smartsheet-related questions and issues.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and SOPs for custom solutions.
- Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Monitor data accuracy and quality within the Smartsheet platform.
- Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders to support operations, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Implement data validation rules and processes.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation:
- Evaluate and prioritize new Smartsheet initiatives and features.
- Stay informed about Smartsheet updates and capabilities to drive adoption and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Smartsheet environment.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed documentation of Smartsheet configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Create user guides and training materials to facilitate user onboarding and understanding.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Smartsheet certification (e.g., Core Product, System Administrator).
- Experience with Smartsheet Premium Apps (e.g., Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Bridge, WorkApps).
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
