Overview:

Client is seeking a Senior Manager to lead procurement for major capital projects. This role will develop sourcing strategies, manage large capital spend, build and lead a high-performing team, and oversee supplier relationships for complex infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead procurement team to deliver sourcing and contracting goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for EPC/DB/PDB and other project delivery methods.
  • Oversee procurement planning, RFPs, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Partner with internal teams to forecast needs, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
  • Drive supplier relationship management, compliance, and process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s in Engineering, Construction Mgmt., or related field.
  • 10+ years relevant experience in procurement and construction contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC/DB/PDB delivery methods.
  • Experience managing large capital budgets and leading teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • MBA preferred.

Compensation:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $147,000 $219,000 annually.
