Job Details



We are looking for a Data Analyst who excels at working with data and complex systems, with a strong drive for identifying and resolving data issues and inconsistencies. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of SQL, prior experience in support-oriented roles, a strong commitment to quality and keen attention to detail. Experience with ETL tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus. As a core contributor to our technical operations, the Data Analyst will be integral to ensuring the accuracy and performance of data processes, making them a key player in supporting our continued success in delivering high-quality solutions for clients.


Responsibilities



  • Support Cash Reconciliation tool.

  • Support Solvas Transactions data extract jobs.

  • Support Solvas Transactions data normalization jobs.

  • Troubleshoot data load jobs.

  • Support existing ETL processes.

  • QA test enhancements to internal software tools.

  • Develop SQL based reports.

  • Contribute to and maintain our Knowledge Base.

  • Schedule, monitor and troubleshoot daily jobs and reports using our job administration tools.


Qualifications



  • 2-3 years of SQL experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship.


Skills



  • Experience with transactions from Solvas Portfolio or CDO Suite a plus.

  • Capital Markets or Finance industry experience (CLO, Banking, Accounting).

  • Reporting tools: Tableau, Reporting Services, Crystal Reports.

  • PowerShell experience is a plus.

  • Enjoys working with numbers and data in various formats.

  • Pays attention to detail and takes ownership and pride in delivering quality work outputs.

  • Adapts quickly in fast-paced environments, possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable communicating effectively (written and verbal) as well as working with a team.

  • Takes initiative and ownership of job responsibilities and performs duties accurately and timely.

  • Self-motivated, self-starter, and challenge-seeker.
