Job Description

As a Data Solutions Delivery Manager - Vice President within our Data Solutions team, you will lead and manage the delivery of data and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, and deliverables. You will constantly prioritize the backlog, work with team on technical design discussions to understand the data needs and delivery mechanisms. You will monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success. You will facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. You will promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes, technical solutions, innovative tools, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of data and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Work on modernization efforts to move the reports and workflows on the cloud.
  • Direct the team to a more self service architecture for fulfilling data needs from the stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Analyze room for efficiency gains leveraging AI, Alteryx, Bots etc. and lead the automation strategy

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams focused on driving business strategy through data.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, data management, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Prefer experience within data and analytics or technology environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) is a plus.
