Job Details

Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and governance of enterprise architecture frameworks, patterns, and standards.
  • Translate client s business strategy into roadmap-driven technology architectures spanning infrastructure, applications, data, and security.
  • Develop and maintain architectural artifacts: principles, roadmaps, reference models, and solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, underwriting, claims, and finance to align business needs with enterprise architecture.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, vendor solutions, and industry trends; drive their adoption where strategic.
  • Serve as architectural advisor during project initiation and implementation, reviewing technical designs and ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and coach junior architects and technical teams, cultivating an environment of continuous architecture maturity improvement.
  • Engage with external technology partners and vendors to inform internal strategy and vice versa.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor s (Master s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 8 12+ years in enterprise architecture or related roles, preferably within insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Proven experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, or Zachman.
  • Deep understanding of property & casualty insurance platforms, regulatory/compliance requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Background in data architecture, including modeling, master data management, and analytics strategy.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to influence both IT and business teams effectively.
  • Excellent strategic planning, critical thinking, and written & verbal communication skills.
