Job Details
Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Domain: Banking
Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions including LCM, provisioning, and certification processes
- Architect and develop advanced IAM features like risk-based access, policy violation handling, and delegated administration
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party services using connectors and APIs
- Develop and optimize SailPoint rules, workflows, and role models for enterprise-wide identity governance
- Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams to gather IAM requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Conduct SailPoint upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning in production environments
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through access controls and audit readiness
- Stay updated on SailPoint and IAM industry advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement in identity programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with at least 3 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, and compliance concepts
- Hands-on experience with Java, Beanshell scripting, REST APIs, and web services integration
- Experience with SailPoint configurations tasks, rules, email templates, roles, application onboarding
- Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks like SOX, GLBA, and FFIEC
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving performance or configuration issues in SailPoint environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver secure, compliant IAM solutions
