Contract: (through 12/31/2025) - W2, Contract Role, Extension possible!
Location: Los Angeles, CA - HYBRID
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $27.00/hr W2 (based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Research Coordinator to provide support to the New York Research team. This role will focus on metadata reporting, Nielsen ratings, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth execution of research deliverables. It s an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within an evolving media research environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and input weekly program lineups and schedules using the Nielsen myEvnts tool.

  • Tag video-on-demand (VOD) content for accurate Nielsen reporting.

  • Generate and deliver recurring ratings reports (competitive & telecast rankers, trending reports, weekend overnights).

  • Support the NY research team with ad hoc requests and special projects.

  • Handle administrative tasks including meeting coordination, schedules, status reports, billing, and invoices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required.

  • Minimum 1 year of media research experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Nielsen ratings tools (myEvnts, Npower, NNTV) and syndicated media research sources.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
