Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for various contract and full-time positions across the US
- Understand client job requirements and match suitable candidates
- Use job portals like Dice, LinkedIn and internal databases for sourcing
- Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills.
