Role Aternity Developer

Location San Antonio TX

Looking for an experienced Aternity Developer with 4 6 years of hands-on experience in end-user experience monitoring using the Aternity platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Aternity s architecture, be proficient in working with Aternity APIs, and capable of building solutions that improve digital experience management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using Aternity APIsto extract, transform, and present monitoring data.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Aternity dashboards, reports, and workflows to support business needs.
  • Analyze end-user experience data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with IT operations, application teams, and business units to understand monitoring requirements and provide Aternity-based solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in Aternity deployment, configuration, and data modeling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aternity agents, data collection, and API usage.

Requirements:

  • 4 6 yearsof experience in IT monitoring or application performance management, with 2+ years in Aternity.
  • Strong understanding of Aternity platform architecture, data models, and use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with Aternity REST APIsand integration into custom or third-party tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent) to support automation and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with dashboard monitoring tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with DBT, Snowflake
