Job Title: Lead Project Manager Coordination & Communications

Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12months


Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager with strong expertise in program coordination, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional leadership. The role involves managing complex projects, aligning multiple teams, driving visibility, and ensuring timely delivery through effective planning, governance, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate end-to-end project planning and execution across multiple workstreams.

Serve as a primary communication bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and progress reports to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews.

Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.

Establish and enforce communication protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across teams.

Create and manage status reports, executive summaries, and stakeholder updates.

Partner with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure effective coordination across global or distributed teams.

Manage project documentation and maintain transparency through tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Support change management and organizational readiness through proactive engagement and communication planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 12 years of experience in Project or Program Management, with at least 3+ years in a lead or coordination-heavy role.

Proven experience driving cross-functional collaboration in complex, matrixed environments.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise in project management tools Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.

Experience with reporting, governance, and executive communication.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
