Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. This on-site role requires a candidate with strong AV troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide comprehensive IT support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT support and be comfortable working independently as the sole IT support on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support for our client's Denver office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft M365, ServiceNow, Logitech, and Hello Teams.
- Manage and maintain AV equipment and systems.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with remote IT teams to address and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on AV troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ServiceNow, Logitech, and Hello Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside within 45 minutes of the Denver office.
