Role: Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant / Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant / Developer to support finance transformation initiatives. The selected consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle FCCS solutions to enable efficient consolidation, close, and reporting processes. This role requires a strong combination of technical proficiency, financial acumen, and hands-on experience with Oracle's EPM Cloud suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle FCCS applications supporting financial consolidation and close cycles.
- Configure metadata, dimensions, rules, calculations, and data integrations within FCCS.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions using Financial Reporting (FR), Management Reports, Smart View, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical FCCS solutions.
- Support data integration from ERP, General Ledger, and other source systems into FCCS.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with GAAP/IFRS standards and internal reporting requirements.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and develop detailed documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Recommend best practices and continuous process improvements for consolidation and close activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
- Expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations, and data mappings.
- Experience with data integration tools such as Data Management, Data Integration, EPM Automate, or FDMEE.
- Proficiency in Smart View, Management Reports, and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial consolidation concepts (intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal adjustments, and equity pickup).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
