Job Details
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in enterprise network architecture and design.
- Proficiency in LAN/WLAN/WAN design, implementation, and support.
- Experience with network security including Firewall Policy and Mail Gateway management.
- Experience with Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Content Switches (Kemp, F5).
- Experience with Cloud Networking, hybrid connectivity, and network resiliency (DR/HA).
- Experience with Cisco Collaboration stack (UCM, UCCX, Unity Connection) and application design.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of complex LAN/WLAN/WAN environments.
- Provide expert consulting and administration for network security solutions.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of Storage Area Networks and Content Switches.
- Implement and support Cisco Collaboration stack components and network resiliency solutions.
- Develop and document IT asset management processes and standards.
- Provide advanced Level 2 troubleshooting for network, server, and end-user systems.
- Mentor technical staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives.
