Adaptive Workday Developer (Remote)

We have an immediate need for an Adaptive Workday Developer to join one of the largest food and drug retailers in California and Nevada. The Adaptive Workday Developer will design, develop, and implement adaptive integrations between Workday and other business systems, ensuring that data flows smoothly between them.

Location: Modesto, CA (Remote)

This job expects to pay about $90,000 115,000 annually.

What You Will Do:


  • Developing Adaptive Workday Studio integrations that connect Workday to external systems.
  • Creating and maintaining Workday business process configurations and security policies.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging integrations and business processes.
  • Collaborating with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and design integrations.
  • Creating and updating technical documentation, including integration design specifications, test plans, and deployment plans.
  • Participating in the full software development life cycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring integrations meet data integrity and security requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with Workday best practices and emerging technologies.

What Gets You The Job:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security policies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
