Job Details
We are currently looking for a dedicated Risk Analyst to join our team, supporting our global IT security risk management and supplier risk governance initiatives. In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening our overall security posture by enhancing global visibility, streamlining workflows, and driving automation efforts to ensure comprehensive and effective risk management across all affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Governance Support (50%).
- Assist in setting up global self-assessments and risk visualization processes.
- Support the development and implementation of workflows within OneTrust, including:
- Global exception visualization and risk scoring upgrades.
- Creation of exception assessments and associated workflows.
- Develop Power BI reports for SFC Exceptions.
- Implement automation for exception tracking and risk owner follow-ups.
- Deliver training and user support to affiliates on the IT Security Risk Management (ITSRM) tool.
- Analyze registered risk data and generate insights.
- Coordinate with affiliates to resolve open risk items.
- Assist with the implementation of Just-in-Time Provisioning for SFCs.
- Global Supplier Risk Management Support (50%).
- Collaborate with the Global Supplier Risk Management team to define and implement a scalable supplier risk management workflow.
- Design a modern framework to replace manual Excel-based processes used by affiliates.
- Define and maintain mandatory supplier inventory attributes, including:
- Master/local attribute configuration for easy record maintenance by local SFCs.
- Attribute visibility controls for different organizational levels.
- Support bulk data uploads and ongoing data maintenance in the universal tool.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline supplier risk management.
- Provide training and onboarding support to affiliates using the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
