ERP ANALYST
Reports to: VP Finance
Location: On Site

Introduction
AWE is seeking a highly skilled Technical ERP Analyst with a strong background in Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic to join our growing team. This role will focus on the design, development, implementation, and support of ERP solutions, with an emphasis on improving business processes through effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to analyze business requirements and provide scalable, efficient ERP solutions.

Basic Qualifications
Qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • Strong technical skills with C#, SQL Server, SSRS, BAQs, BPMs, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience in developing custom solutions and integrations within Epicor s environment
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOMs, MRP, CTP, and supply chain
  • Familiarity with Epicor Application Studio and cloud deployments is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with B2B e-commerce portals and data synchronization strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
ERP Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations within Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic
  • Create and maintain BPMs (Business Process Management workflows), BAQs (Business Activity Queries), Dashboards, and SSRS Reports
  • Customize Epicor using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Epicor s toolset
  • B2B Website Integration
  • Develop and maintain data migration, integration, and transformation tools/scripts
  • Design and update dashboards, ensuring inclusion of new metrics or fields
  • Manage Epicor integrations with third-party software or external partners
ERP System Administration
  • Provide day-to-day support for users and maintain system integrity
  • Perform system configuration, patching, and upgrades in coordination with IT
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot ERP system issues
  • Maintain and enforce security roles and permissions and Epicor Security Updates
  • Oversee regular system backups and maintain tested disaster recovery procedures
  • Maintain structured, clean, and accurate master data across ERP modules
  • Enforce standards and checks for clean, consistent, and validated data inputs and outputs
  • Regularly update product pricing, costing, weights, and dimensions as needed for operational accuracy
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Partner with functional leads in sales & marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain to understand business needs
  • Analyze business processes and recommend/implement process improvements leveraging ERP capabilities
  • Assist with change management and user training efforts
Project Management & Documentation
  • Support ERP-related projects including new module implementations, system upgrades, and integrations
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Support project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
