IAM business systems analyst

Seeking a IAM Business Analyst consultant for hybrid contract opportunity with my direct client in Chicago IL .

As an IAM business systems analyst you will work on the IAM delivery team on IAM projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, communicating project updates to stakeholders and organizing work through regular standups or refinement meetings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Work closely with IAM team to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

Test and validate technical solutions.

Work directly with application and system owners across the organization to gather information on entitlements.

Develop and maintain project and process documentation.

Provide support to end users.

Utilizing your understanding of organizational change management, lead change efforts.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Office suite

At least 3 years experience in the IAM domain

At least 3 years experience as a BSA

Experience with agile methodologies

4 year degree or equivalent experience.

Certificates pertaining to business analysis or IAM.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABLILTIES, AND BEHAVIORS REQUIRED

A strong understanding of IAM principles.

Dynamic communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels throughout the various functional areas of the organization.

Team player with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
