Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years experience with overall computing architectures and LAN/WAN networking.
- Proficiency in VMware, Microsoft, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN design (VPN, MPLS).
- Experience in AWS services (VPC, EC2, IAM, S3) and perimeter security design.
- Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with Dell Storage (PowerStore, Compellent) and Cisco MDS SAN.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex server, network, and security tool installation projects.
- Provide comprehensive design and support for global information systems infrastructure.
- Maintain network and server infrastructure via firmware, software, and OS patching.
- Provide LAN and WAN network support, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with the security team to develop and enforce security policies.
- Research and recommend new technologies and process improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and mentoring to other I/T associates on systems-related issues.
