You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered solutions. You'll engage with potential clients to understand their unique business challenges and demonstrate how Agentforce can help transform their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Engagement: Identify and qualify opportunities for Agentforce within prospective client organizations.
- Solution Articulation: Use your knowledge of AI and machine learning to position Agentforce as a customized solution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce teams to drive growth and adoption across accounts.
- Technical Discovery: Lead technical discovery sessions to identify pain points and demonstrate how Agentforce can address them.
- Tailored Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive business and technical presentations to stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise/commercial B2B sales within a technical environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI, ML, and how they integrate with cloud platforms.
- Salesforce Expertise: Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Data Cloud products.
- Consultative Selling: Strong ability to understand client needs and position appropriate solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for business users.
