Job Description:
Job Title - IT Support Technician - Part-Time
Duration: - Two-to-three-month temporary assignment
Work Hours - Day shift, no more than 29 hours per week - In office work Monday through Thursday.
General Summary:
Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide:
Basic PC support including hardware and software installation.
PC/Network inventory - collect make/model, serial number, agency tag number on existing PC and network equipment and add them into excel file and prepare it for surplus.
Network room - cable management and clean up.
PC/IT survey in each office and collect the IT equipment that installed on each office including PC, monitor, docking station, phone, etc.
This position will work with the PC/IT asset lead and network manager.
The person selected for this position will have:
Basic experience regarding: Windows 10/11, Ofice365, imaging PC's, wiping PC hard drives, network cable connections (RJ-45), troubleshooting and supporting help desk Tier1.
Special Requirements:
The selected candidate will be required to pass Security Background Investigation.
Requires in office work.
