About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong leadership and technical expertise to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving DevOps best practices in enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Build, configure, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes.

  • Manage and maintain tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Tomcat, and Artifactory.

  • Operate effectively within a Linux-based environment, ensuring smooth integration and performance.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve automation, scalability, and reliability.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring clear communication and technical guidance.


What We re Looking For:



  • 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.

  • Prior experience in a lead role is highly preferred.

  • Strong expertise with CI/CD pipeline creation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Tomcat, and Artifactory.

  • Proficiency in Linux administration.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Compensation:


Hourly Rate: $60 $65 per hour


This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
