  • 7+ years project management experience in corporate marketing or creative agency environment
  • A. or B.S. in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficient in waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple highly complex initiatives and quickly adapt to changes, work efficiently and productively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must demonstrate ability to successfully communicate with project/account team, multiple business areas, divisions, leaders, and external vendors.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and lead multiple highly complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, and able to solve a range of challenges with no or little guidance.
  • Responds well to direction, embraces feedback and change, continuous learner.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Navigates ambiguity with speed and grace.
  • Proficiency in Workfront is required.
  • Extensive experience in marketing project leadership
  • Versatile with experience working on a wide variety of marketing projects.
  • Adaptable to change with the ability to pivot.
  • Digital and creative knowledge and experience.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work well within a very collaborative culture
  • Experience measuring and being held accountable for outcomes.
  • Experience working for a large and complex organization
  • Previous experience working in an agency is a plus
