Title: Sr/Lead Front End/Full Stack Engineer

Location: Southeastern USA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$160000-$195000/Yrs

Description
* Focus on contributing to the codebase and collaborating with users to improve efficiency.
* Work on a platform based on microservices architecture.
* Engage in agile software development with two-week sprints.
* Collaborate with technology and project management teams.
* Ideal for a full stack developer with a preference for user-facing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain user interfaces that enhance user experience.
* Own feature development from front-end to backend and database structures.
* Design and develop microservices for equity portfolio construction tools.
* Support software component releases and deployment to cloud infrastructure.
* Continuously improve the platform with modern technologies and components.
* Mentor junior team members and lead projects.
* Stay updated with technology developments and participate in recruitment.

Qualifications
* Advanced knowledge of web development with a strong understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem.
* Experience with web front-end technologies and application architecture.
* Solid knowledge of programming fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
* Five-plus years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience leading projects and teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment.
